1. Information we collect

When you use this site we may collect:

  1. Information you submit through our contact form (name, email, message, subject).
  2. Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps.
  3. Privacy-respecting analytics (no cookies, no personal identifiers) via Cloudflare Web Analytics.

We do not collect age or ID information through this website. ID is checked in person at the door.

2. How we use information

We use the information to respond to your inquiry, improve the website, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law. That's it. We don't sell it.

3. Cookies

We use a single first-party local-storage entry to remember your cookie preference. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies. If we add cookie-based analytics in the future, we'll gate them behind the consent banner.

4. Third-party services

  1. Schematic Contact Forwarder, processes contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
  2. Cloudflare Turnstile, protects our forms from bots.
  3. Cloudflare Web Analytics, privacy-respecting traffic measurement.
  4. Google Maps, embedded map on the Visit page (loaded only when that page renders).

5. Data retention

Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@2kcraft.co. California residents have the right to opt out of any "sale" of personal information; we do not sell personal information.

7. Children's privacy

This site and our premises are not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Security

We use HTTPS site-wide and reputable hosting and form-processing providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes are posted to this page with a new "last updated" date.
